These Terms of Service govern your use of investment services provided by FDM Investments. By investing with us, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms

Investment Plans & Terms

- Investments are made through our preset plans and are non-customizable.- The maturity period for all investments is 12 months before you start yielding money.- Daily earnings will begin after the maturity period and continue for the specified duration per plan.

- Investors cannot request early withdrawal of their capital before the 12-month maturity period.

Risks and Liability

- Investing in real estate carries inherent risks, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

- FDM Investments is not responsible for losses incurred due to economic downturns or force majeure events.

- Investors should assess their risk tolerance before investing.

Withdrawal & Payout Policy

- Initial capital cannot be withdrawn before the 12-month maturity period.

- Daily earnings are paid according to the plan's schedule.

- Investors are responsible for providing correct payment details for payouts.

Termination & Dispute Resolution

- FDM Investments reserves the right to terminate an investment agreement in case of fraudulent activity or violation of terms.- Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings as per applicable regulations.

Confidentiality & Data Protection

- All investor information, including investment details, remains strictly confidential.

Changes to Terms of Service

We may update Our Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
